Can you make a case that fits 16 panels or 8 is the most?

Usually, we recommend 8pcs in one case and it is good. Because the 16 panels in one case is too heavy and is not easy to carry. Sometimes, too heavy will damage the dance floor.

Can we import the dance floor without flight cases?

Yes, you can choose carton packing, but i recommend you choose flight case, because flight case can better protect the floor tiles during transportation.

Do you have stock in east coast?

I am sorry we do not stock for now. When do you need to use the dance floor? So i could check our production and delivery schedules for you and then try to catch on your date. 

Do you have lots of items in stock?

No, usually we need to receive the deposit and then arrange the production. Do you need the goods in hurry?

How does the pc connect to the sending card?

 It is easy. You use network cable to connect with the controller. Then use the software to control the dance floor. When you receive the dance floor, we can show you how to control the dance floor by pc.

I can mix it up with different styles right? Video, mirror and the other?

No. They are different and can’t install together. Because the programs effects and settings for the controllers are different. So can’t use together.

We have one year warranty for the goods. During the warranty, if the dance floor has any problems, you could send us videos and photos to check what is the problems. We will show you how to replace it and send you spare parts to replace the broken parts.
